The New World Energy Sustainability Committee (NWESC) buds hope towards a greener and a better future and also looks to foster developments in the use of different sustainable energy practices around the globe. This ranges from advocacy for renewable sources of energy, such as solar, wind, hydro, and thermal power. This committee is the "catalyst" for change of our perception of power. This could be a team of "visionary leaders" within the committee who can plug in and switch on newer viewpoints and ideas. The Committee envisions its role in terms of making available to the world sustainable energy solutions through advocacy and activity. To NWESC, this translates to renewable energy promotion, enhancing workplace efficiency, and lessening environmental impacts from conventional energy sources by coming up with renewable energy sources that can be used to reduce carbon emissions. It seeks to implement widespread adoption of practices that can be held sustainable, thus contributing to a greener future. Being EB of this committee, we believe that sustainability will drive change in the world. Together, we could give life to a reality of sustainable energy and betterment for humanity for generations to come and wishes to "turn up the heat" on innovation!
